Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointments, Classes & Services
Cancellations made by clients are non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of The Healing Temple. Any credit issued must be used within 12 months from the original booking date.
Credits may be used towards services only and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
To redeem a credit voucher, clients must contact Guiomar directly to arrange a new appointment. Credit vouchers cannot be used for online bookings and must be presented at the time of rebooking.
Events
Bookings for events are non-refundable.
If a client is unable to attend, they may transfer their place to one of the next two available occurrences of the same event, subject to availability.
Retreats
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a retreat.
No refunds will be issued once full payment has been made.
No refund is given for missed activities, late arrival, early departure, illness, fear, anxiety, discomfort, or dissatisfaction.
In exceptional circumstances — such as serious illness, medical diagnosis, accident, or significant unforeseen personal events — and entirely at the discretion of the organiser, a credit may be offered.
Any credit issued must be used within 12 months of the original retreat start date and is subject to availability. No guarantee of credit or transfer is given.
Bookings are specific to the retreat, dates, and accommodation selected at the time of booking. Transfers between retreats are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
If a participant is unable to attend, this will be treated as a cancellation and the standard cancellation terms will apply.
Cancellations by The Healing Temple
If The Healing Temple cancels a retreat, event or service, clients are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
The Healing Temple is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including flights, travel, accommodation, visas or insurance.
