The Healing Temple – Private Sound Bath Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• For bookings made 4 weeks or more before the event, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the event date.
• For bookings made 3 weeks or less before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the event date, The Healing Temple will retain 40% of the total payment as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the event date, no refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for non-attendance or last-minute cancellations on the event day.

3. Rescheduling & Changes

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

4. Late or Non-Payment Policy

• If the final balance is not received 3 weeks before the event date, The Healing Temple reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
• Bookings made within 3 weeks of the event date require full payment upfront, and failure to pay will result in an automatic cancellation.

5. Liability & Client Responsibility

• The Healing Temple is not responsible for any personal belongings, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the event.
• Clients should ensure they are physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared for a Sound Healing session. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
• Any damage to property or equipment caused by the client or their guests during the session will be the responsibility of the client and may be subject to additional fees.

6. Agreement & Acceptance

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to The Healing Temple’s Private Sound Bath Booking Terms & Conditions.
