Sound Bath

The Power of Two Sound Bath is a deeply restorative sound healing experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and deep rest.

This session works with sound and frequency to help the body and mind release accumulated stress and gently recalibrate. Rather than forcing intentions or outcomes, the focus is on restoring balance first, allowing clarity, calm, and focus to emerge naturally.

You will be guided into a meditative state and immersed in therapeutic sound designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and improve sleep. The experience invites the body into a state of rest and integration, where healing processes can unfold without effort.

The session is held by Guiomar of The Healing Temple, alongside Shannon, a trained sound therapist. Together, they create a safe, nurturing space for deep relaxation and grounding.

What Happen on Sound Bath Session?

In a sound bath, participants are lying down. First, guided meditation clears the mind and gets everyone centered. Next, sounds from the instruments are played in various frequencies to transmute and clear ancestral trauma. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls will be played, also many other percussion instruments, Gong will be the main to be played. These vibrations can shift emotional, physical and mental energies.

NOTE:  you may feel tired after the session, which is normal considering that a lot of energy was released and mended through this holistic activity.

WHAT TO BRING:

For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and drinking water to Sound Bath event. We look forward to meeting you. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All genders are welcome and ages 16+.
• Pregnant women please be advised to only attend once in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
• If you suffer from epilepsy and/or any serious mental health, please let me know prior to the session.

Arrival
Please arrive at 5:20 pm. The session begins promptly at 5:30 pm. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the sound bath has started.

Bookings are non refundable.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may attend the next scheduled Power of Two Sound Bath only. The replacement session must be used within one month of the original booking date and cannot be carried forward beyond this period. Missed sessions cannot be transferred to multiple future events or held open indefinitely.
