Action comes also in terms of thoughts.

This life has a cause and what we do in this life will have a consequence in the future.

So, we have to see the big picture to understand your life at the present.

There is a reason for certain things to happen that way, and there is a way you can then get out of it, alleviating it.

In this meditation you will heal and transform a karmic pattern that is holding you back in your life right now.

Choose an area of your life right where you are experiencing difficult feelings.

We are going to clear a negative emotional pattern and restoring your essential state of happiness, peace and harmony.
