The Healing Temple Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview
By signing up for The Healing Temple Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership provides access to holistic treatments, sound baths, guided meditations, and exclusive discounts as outlined in the membership package chosen.

2. Membership Plans & Payments

• Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable and must be made via the selected payment method at the time of registration.
• Membership pricing is subject to review, and any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in
  advance.

3. Session Bookings & Cancellations

• Members are responsible for booking their included monthly sessions.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

4. Membership Benefits

• Members receive priority booking for events and retreats.
• Discounts on additional treatments and workshops apply only to active members and cannot be transferred.
• Exclusive benefits such as Soul Plan Readings (for Bliss members) are a one-time perk for new sign-ups only.

5. Membership Cancellation & Pauses

• Members may cancel their membership at any time with 30 days’ notice via written request.
• Memberships may be paused for up to one month per year with prior approval.
• If cancelled, rejoining at a later date may be subject to updated pricing and availability.

6. Code of Conduct

• The Healing Temple maintains a peaceful and respectful environment; members are expected to uphold this atmosphere.
• Any misuse of services, disrespectful behaviour, or failure to adhere to policies may result in membership termination without a refund.

7. Liability & Health Considerations

• Members are responsible for disclosing any health conditions before participating in treatments or sessions.
• The Healing Temple is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments, and participation is at the member’s own risk.

8. Amendments to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically, and members will be notified of any significant changes.
